My Mom has been told which chemo drugs to take without much supporting information as to why those drugs are the best. I need more information to help her.

We are all so sad.. he has been doing chemo since July.. he was suppose to be done this damn chemo…last month (Dec)..but because of low platelets, low white cells.. he had to move his 2 weeks..to every 3 weeks.. and now – this week.. he can’t have it.. we will know next week..when he does his blood work again.. he already does shots for the low white cells..but it just didn’t work this time.

i need some cheering up.. Dad hopes we can still go on a winter holiday.. but at this rate..he won’t be done his whole 12 treatments till March..(he has 3 more to go).. What are the chances his white cells will go high enough..in the next 6 days.. so he can have chemo next Wed?

My partner has stage III colon cancer. Chemo no longer works and is now on radiation. What is the survival rate? Im very concerned/scared.

A dear person to me ,so special , has stage 3 colon cancer This was caused due to cancer in ovarian and art , some doc say it is stage 3 while other say it is 4 , Any way the doc told us after the surgery she made the chemo ‘s sucess will be about 70 to 80 percent which is a very good percentage . beside the ovariens and art removal They removed part of the colon and removed the ass opening ( i really don ;t know its name ) , she is making kaka in a box sketched in her stomac , the doc promised her after chemo they will return to her that opening as well .

I heard chemo is fatal , specially she has kidney prbs as well
I heard someone cured his troat cancer with Ozone and amygdaline treatments I don ‘t Know wether it is true or not

she did about 2 sessions and 2omorw her 3rd ones , But from session 2 she begin to loose appetit , and she is having headache , also the doctor delayed her chemotherapy a week because her blood cells dropped so Much, and their kidney functions dropped also because of the chemo carbo platine as i remmber the name …

Anyone has ever tried such things for their colon cancer stage 3 or 4 & Succedded to cure cancer without chemo ? What are this alternatives medecines that can give her a good result ???

Also she doesn’t eat since he has an appetit loss , how can i encourage her to eat?
or it is something out of her control …
what type of food can boost her immune system and let her fight cancer as well ? and what other tips if possible ..

Im scared since she is losing weight and im worried about everything ….

by the way she doesn ‘t know she has cancer because she is so emotional and a worried person

MY FATHER HAS BEEN TREATED W/ CHEMO FOR ALMOST A YEAR. SPREAD TO LIVER AND LYMPH NODE. IT IS INOPERABLE THEY ARE STILL DOING CHEMO. THERE ARE ALOT OF OPTIONS

Searched over the internet, there is not too much discussion about stage I.

Some of my friends strongly recommanded me to have chemo no matter how early it is. But my doctor told me there is no need of the chemo.

Another reason bothering me is that one of the doctors told me my case should be in stage IIA.

Anybody can tell me some thing more? The feedback is greatly appreciated.

I have an aunt who has stage 4 colon cancer and started out w/ 7500 markers? then after the original tumor was removed (metastases in liver and lungs) it was 2500; now after 4 mos of a chemo treatment she has 4500 and has to start a new chemo. What does this all mean? What is a high protein marker count and what is low? And what are they?

I don’t know if I should take the chemo. The doctor said that the chemo would help with pain. I feel good now but I know its spreading fast and the doc said I need to start chemo asap .I am in good health other then having stage 4cancer .I am unsure of what to do, anybody out there been through this or a loved one?
