I don’t have it. One of my favorite authors moms does….So I can’t really ask them. Just give me as much info as you know!

My Mom has been told which chemo drugs to take without much supporting information as to why those drugs are the best. I need more information to help her.

One of my friends has lung cancer. Stage one. He goes in for surgery to get it removed tomorrow, and I was wondering, what are some of the greatest risks, and what are his chances of survival? I’m really worried.

my mom had lung cancer stage 1 they removed the mass and said no treatment was needed. now 1 yr later it’s in her pelvis. Radiation didn’t shrink the tumor and they can’t do anymore radiation she’s had her limit. Aggressive chemo is not something she could tolerate Has anyone been through this. What should we expect I’m an only child so I need to prepare myself. The dr only offered treatment but didn’t tell us what to expect. Hospice hasn’t said either.

Searched over the internet, there is not too much discussion about stage I.

Some of my friends strongly recommanded me to have chemo no matter how early it is. But my doctor told me there is no need of the chemo.

Another reason bothering me is that one of the doctors told me my case should be in stage IIA.

Anybody can tell me some thing more? The feedback is greatly appreciated.

she is a former smoker 40 plus years she has stopped-only symptom is her breath is a little heavier. doctor says it is unoperable. she had a ct yesterday to see if it spread-then will start chemo and radiation in a couple of weeks. please answer and thank you.
